It's a bit out of the way for us but we really like Dr. Wu and the clinic, so it worth it for us to drive out. I'm not one that likes to spend time in a dentist office but it's always easy in & out. Really like how efficient they are here - once checked in and seated, downtime is little and for routine teeth cleaning, Dr. Wu did everything with precision. The staff here is also professional but friendly at the same time! There's a parking lot in the back as well so no need for street parking, which can be hard in this area. read more

This was my first time visiting this dental office, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, kind, and courteous. They really made me feel comfortable, which means a lot when you're going to the dentist! The dentist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I felt completely at ease and confident in the care I was receiving. Love the staff, not the prices or dental care. I went here because it was nearby. I had some work done, but every visit seemed to come with "more issues" that needed fixing always with very high prices. It felt less like they were focused on preventive care and more like they were letting issues get worse. They also told me multiple times that it would take 2-3 weeks for insurance to approve the work I needed. Because of the high costs and long delays, I decided to ask around for other dentist recommendations. Through a friend's referral, I went to another office, and the total cost for all my work was about one-fourth of what this place quoted me and they completed everything within a month. Not sure what the "2-3 weeks for approval" was all about. They got insurance to clear everything within 2 days. I'd strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you're considering this office. read more

I have gotten 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out at this location and it has been one of the smoothest process. I didn't feel any pain during the removal process and it was so quick and painless that I didn't even realize my teeth were already out. The recovery process was easy for me and I wasn't in too much pain (the only part that was hard was the diet part). The doctors and staff are so friendly and everything is kept very clean. read more

These dentist will hurt you and push unnecessary work on you! I had the misfortune of having dental work done here on 5/2025 by shaky hands Dr. Wu. Dr. Wu has terrible control over the instruments he will insert in your mouth! I lost count of how many times his instruments touched the wrong teeth my tongue and outside of my cheek. My mouth had a bite block so it wasn't because I was closing it. Just for reference all other dentist have always manage to maintain their instruments on the tooth and area being worked on. Dr. Wu replaced a filling that had a crack in it based on his recommendation. Mind you I had no pain or comaint about this particular tooth. Afree the work was completed, I was in horrible pain that has barely diminished but not fully gone away. I am now unable to chew with thr left side of my mouth w/o feeling pain. I visited another dentist to have an evaluation and what they told me was that Dr. Was probably so rough that he traumatized the gum tissue and it may take a long time to heal if ever. First of all I've had other fillings replaced on bigger teeth and never had this problem. I believe the problem is Dr wus inexperience and lack of skill. I also asked this office to reimburse me 65$ for the X-rays the other dental office took but they refused. The other thing is they tried to have me re-do a root canal I had done at a very reputable dentist. I also obtain a second opinion and was told no its just old scar tissue from when the tooth was Infected prior to the initial root canal. I believe it because my tooth does not hurt its not red its not infected. So please think twice this place will hurt you and will try to push unnecessary work. Try palm dental in San Gabriel they are awesome. read more

I went here for the first time needed work & they had me take out my piercings I never take off but said it's so it would get approved so I did & they told me it could take a month to get approved well it's been over a month so I called to follow up & the girl who answered said they never sent the x rays for approval & then proceeded to tell me they probably won't be approved because they normally won't for a replacement crown & had no idea what the hell she was talking about because I don't need replacement anything! She had no idea what she was talking about. Steer clear of this place they wasted my time & couldn't even manage to send my x rays for approval so I been waiting in pain for NOTHING! read more

I visited here around 6 months ago for a dental cleaning and the dentist and dental hygienist must of had an off day because they were very short and to the point - I didn't even get a bag at the end of the visit. All I got was "okay, we're done" and she walked off. I visited again today and waited 45 minutes to be seen. I didn't complain about the first visit because sometimes people can have an off day, but this second visit did it for me. Waiting 45 minutes with an appointment is inconsiderate of people's time. Thank you for a incredible experience. it has been years since coming to the dentist, but a recent pregnancy lead me back because i had easily gained a root canal and needed previous work done. I have extreme anxiety and the thought of receiving a shot and hearing dental tools scare me ! I have major issues Lol But after a first visit back, i don't mind coming back and taking care of all my teeth now. The instant comfort i feel around Dr Wu is insane. I'm a new patient here and visited this office twice. Both times I received good care. The dentists here are very informative when telling you about your dental care. My issue is with the front desk. I called and spoke to a Yesenia. I called because someone from this office called me and left a voicemail. They said to call the office, but didn't leave a name. So when I called and spoke to Yesenia. I was appalled that she made me sound like I was making this up as if no one called me. She supposedly asked the office if they called me and they all said no but mentioned that there was one girl who had the day off and maybe it was her. So I asked Yesenia if she could ask her coworker when she comes back to work to call me. Well it's going on over a month with no phone call. This call was important to me. I wanted to know information about my payment options but when I mentioned that to Yesenia her response was "didn't they already go over that with you?" I was willing to pay out of pocket for my dental care but no one called me back. Honestly, not sure if I'd recommend this place. I have been a loyal patient since they were in their old building on ramona blvd . Sad to see the service isn't the same . Service really sucks now . Today i got there about 5 minutes before my appt which was at noon . Waited there for 25 minutes almost half an hour until i decided to leave . I let the front desk receptionist know and she told me '"i apologize but i was waiting to hear back from your insurance ." like what do you mean ?? they already have my insurance and all i needed was a cleaning . Plus if that was the case why couldnt she let me know what the wait was due to . What a lack of communication . The reason was most likely that they overschedule and are backed up . I've been coming here for dental cleaning for more than 5 years now (kinda lost count...) and it's always been a great experience for me - quick X-ray scans with advanced technology, clean office, friendly staff (especially in the front), reasonable wait times and very chill vibes. I feel like I always get a new dentist cleaning my teeth, or they rotate but I honestly never know because their faces are always covered with PPE - masks, goggles, and bright forehead flashlights haha. I think I recognized the dad but besides that, everyone else is pretty much a mystery What brings me back here though is really the friendly staff and they have dentists who enjoy sharing information with you -- their perspective on water floss (waterpiks), expandable floss, functional benefit of braces, and so much more. I feel like I learn something new every time and I really enjoy it because it helps me with some preventative cleaning I can do myself with current tools or techniques I can get my hands on. read more

Very attentive, efficient, and kind staff! I dread visiting the dentist office THE MOST (especially as a kid to an adult). I haven't made an appointment in *quite* some time, but it was my first visit here! The staff here is very knowledgeable and talked me through each step they were doing. Mid place. I've gone here before and usually had a great experience with staff and doctors but this time the doctor seemed like he got an attitude.
