Fidelity is one of my favorites, and those strings of 1s for Yelp reviews are alarming but now understandable. Immediately upon walking in, there is a front desk agent, and there is no Fidelity rep. Actually, they weren't too clear what this was, but there is no Fidelity agent that you can speak to, and there are other security clearances required to go up the building. Need something done with the Fidelity branch? Yeah, sorry, 99% chance that this ain't the place to go; don't waste your time here!
