We went up on a hot air balloon tour over the Gold Coast for my birthday last month. The experience was absolutely phenomenal! Words cannot describe the feeling of floating weightlessly over the scenic coast. It was spectacular and so surreal. I'm not a very adventurous person so I never would have though to do something like this, but I'm so glad I did! Thanks mum and dad for the most amazing birthday present ever!! read more

OLD buses, on one tour the bus/van broke down twice. We were stranded beside the road for several…read morehrs until they brought another bus. We had already switched out the first bus because the AC wasn't working. Then they charged us to pick us up but didn't charge the couple that was only a mile closer up the coast. After all the breakdowns and a "hurried" tour they said they would refund our "pick-up/drop-off fee. Instead they charged us again. When we protested they refunded the charge, then a few days later charged us again for BOTH so we ended up paying 3 times for something that was supposed to be "NO Charge"! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
