I called them, told them my goal, how much I had to spend and when I needed balloons to appear. On the day of our party they appeared again with huge 6 foot tall, holiday tree ornaments made out of huge colorful balloons with silver trim. I was very impressed with Balloon and Party Services and would happily do business with them again. I was looking for a very specific small balloon bundle, which to my surprise was not easy to find since the balloon is apparently some kind of special type. I called around a few other business - one wasn't even interested in my business, suggesting I should go to WalMart for the balloons. Their website shows you can get same day delivery, but I was in a bit of a hurry so I picked them up. Carolyn had her hands full with other customer orders, but took the time to make my balloon bundle, recommending hi-float so they'd be preserved and took great care to make sure I was getting the best quality for my money. Knowing that they handle very large events and large orders and yet they took the time to care about my small and hurried request is exactly the type of business I want my money going towards - WalMart could NEVER offer that kind of personal care! read more

I have been using them for over 20 years and nothing has ever changed except they keep adding more flavor to their designs which make it so hard to choose from their variety of balloons.
