This was NO easy job and they had to do it for BOTH engines. They have Hauled us out, Winterized, Wrapped AND DELIVERED our boat for the past 5 years. For the past 5 years including YESTERDAY they have launched us. We have needed work done in the past where they have hauled our boat out from our mooring, Fixed it and brought it back. Not many companies I know do that. They are AMAZING, FANTASTIC, AWESOME, And FAIR PRICED. If you have been around boats all your life, you know that repairs take time. It's not like going to a car dealership with 25 guys on staff to cater to your every need. When you find a Marine Mechanic that does great work, you hold on tight to them and treat them like GOLD. If your boat is your baby then treat the man taking care of your baby WELL. If you are a RUDE A**HOLE then please expect the same treatment in return. The guy ranting in the review below seems to be one of those guys. DEMANDING service but not being extremely clear of what he wants. You are a grown individual. You have the choice to go somewhere else if the mechanic will not give you an estimate or put things in writing for you. Verbal requests without written confirmation? That's on you!! He seems to purchase aftermarket Crap and then blames the mechanic when the boat runs poorly. We all know that if you buy CRAPPY parts to save money then you run the risk of your baby running CRAPPY. Don't expect any type of warrantee for aftermarket parts. That's only common sense. Your boat is a LUXURY item so expect to pay a FAIR price to maintain and fix it. If you pull your boat out late in the season, then you run the risk of temperatures dipping below freezing before the mechanic can get to your project. Then in the middle of a Pandemic this guy DEMANDS service AGIAIN. Honestly, where does this guy get off treating others this way? This company is wonderful and I recommend them as long as you are an intelligent person who knows how to treat others. Additionally, Please look at the other reviews for John A. He is not satisfied with ANYONE in the marine industry. Seems he is RUDE to everyone he comes in contact with.

I have always learned a lot from Robin and have found her to be direct and disciplined while being caring and compassionate. As for the barn; it is well kept and I always have fun and feel comfortable with fellow riders and the barn staff. Robin also has the nicest dogs they are so really fun to play with. Overall I think that Back Bay Farm is a great place to ride and would recommend that any one should feel comfortable to stop by and see if it would be a good fit for them.

His crew was very friendly & set up & took down balloon quickly which was nice cause we didn't spend a lot of time just waiting around. The fight was about an hour and was absolutely gorgeous from the colorful leaves below us to the sunrise. Everything was handled in a very professional manner from our booking to the end of our flight. I see other people who have made reviews that were mad because they could not fly due to the weather but I actually respect the business that they were not willing to fly & took safety seriously, we were fortunate that we were able to fly but if weather did not permit us too I would have be disappointed but certainly would not have left a bad review as the crew cannot control the weather. We needed to rehome them and thank God for Ken's Fish Rescue. We called Ken on Sunday and then he came over that very Wednesday early evening and he carefully and professionally helped us to Rescue and Rehome our Fish that we could no longer care for. We highly recommend Ken's Fish Rescue! Look at the before and after photos. Before the Plecos were getting to big to fast for us to properly maintain. We were able to view and help with the balloon set up and breakdown. There was a child under 10 on our ride with us and she was a bit nervous. Andre cooled her nerves and at the end she said she wanted to do another hot air balloon ride with him. The experience was stunning and the take off and landing were flawless. We enjoyed the champagne and cheese toast as well! Andre's a great communicator and I'd recommend choosing this crew for any hot air balloon adventure. Also, one of Andre's trainees was doing his first solo today. It seems like he has trained everyone in the area. If you ever want to get into ballooning, he seems to be the guy!
