At this location you have to email your document that you wish to be printed in PDF form so that they can print it for you. I can't print from your phone or use the computer. That's okay because Lori is there and she's super patient while you try to figure all this out. Of course I was stressed but Lori was Right there being positive and helping me out. I dropped off the FedEx package at the Postal Annex, Ramona, and got an acceptance receipt. The package was never handed to FedEx. The Annex denies any responsibility for their actions, and FedEx denies the claim because the package was not given to them directly. It creates a perfect condition for scams and fraud. The only solution at this point is to take them to the Small Claims court. Do you want to suffer more pain? Do not support lousy business.

I was happy to support a local business and communication with them was very smooth. They were on top of it and I felt like I knew I was going to get taken care of. They wrapped my poster super well and it was high quality. If I ever needed to get something printed again, I wouldn't hesitate to go here. Parking is in a lot and it's a little tight but not terrible. It can get busy in that mall sometimes but there are 15 minute parking spaces for when one needs to just pick something up.
