We arrive to pick it up and he's told it's not ready, come back at x. We return and what he brings to the vehicle is a disappointment. The plane hangs vertically like a space shuttle. There are patches of paper missing, various colors showing through the paint, corners of the wings are exposed, and the filling opening is a cutout on the front side with no cover. There is a distinctive unfinished back and the flames are smashed. This is for a high school graduation party. Thank goodness the "kids" will appreciate the fun, because the appearance is depressing. I will not order from the Piñata Factory again.

They finally have about 90% of there stock out still a lot of empty shelves. My first impression of the place when walking through there doors was horrible let me explain why. As soon as I walked through the door the first thing I noticed was how dirty the store was. There was what looked like a chewed up piece of pizza that was right in the middle of the walkway. A very good amount of there price tags were laying on the floor up and down there isles. There was old gum stuck to the floor through the entire store. The shelves that were stocked were messy and not organized in the least bit. There prices were quite expensive when you consider you can go to Wal-Mart and get the some of the same things at a fraction of the price. Another thing that shocked me was the fact they claimed to bake and make custom cakes and cup cakes but when you walk through the doors you don't smell anything that resembles a bakery. rumor has it that they actually take your order and get the cakes from across the street at Sam's club. If you ask the employees at Sam's Club bakery they will in fact tell you that is true. I was very dissapointed with the way thus store looked and the employees represented it.

Been using my cords for a week already without any issues. Quality looking products, too.
