History

Established in 2006.

After a lengthy career in banking, Cinde decided to open her own gift shop. She searched out what she thought to be the perfect location, which is located on Hwy 49 near Simpson Academy. The building was an old dilapidated metal building that started as an asphalt plant in 1960, and was later used as a pallet shop. Everyone encouraged her to tear it down and start fresh with a new structure. But Cinde says she saw character in the old barn, and felt like with Wayne's carpenter skills it could be made into the perfect place for Ballyhoo!

Cinde is married to Wayne Walker and they have 2 children. They also have one granddaughter. In her spare time, Cinde enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses, working in her yard, and just being outdoors!
