This park sucks big time...save your money and go to a park where the people running the park have a personality and know what they are doing....being in this park is like being back in high school...lots of BS gossip from people and lots stabbing others in the back to be on the good side of the park manager...who by the way, is a real treat...NOT!!! He is arrogant, rude, no people skills and does not have the time of day for you or anything that needs to be done...too busy drinking and hanging out with his circle of friends...who can break any rule and just get the finger wag!!! Save your money...find another park where you can invest and enjoy without sitting on edge every weekend waiting for the unexpected visit of LIES!!! read more

The park manager has totally no people skills...he treats his clients like they are dirt. He is rude and arrogant. He has no time to talk to you when you have issues...too busy in the man cave drinking with his "chosen crowd". There are NO activities in this park...you pay for only the luxury of being able to have your boat beside your trailer if you are on a canal site. Fees go up EVERY year for no good reason...work done in the park is minimal, regular maintenance should be part of your park fee!!!! He will convict for no reason...just due to circumstances...so be very careful where you want to invest your hard earned money, because this park has no respect for you or your family....just pure greed on the manager and owner's part. Take your hard earned money somewhere else as there are many beautiful parks in the Kawarthas that take the time to let you enjoy yourself without being on edge constantly wondering when he will show up and make stories up about things that happened or were said through 3rd parties!!!! There is nothing for small children to do in this park either...apparently a playground back in the bush where all the bugs are!!!! Pool is horrible...never swam in it...only access to water is if you have a boat to get out on the lake. There is so much more but just wanted to let people know that investing in this park is like investing in the stock market at this time...very HIGH risk!!! read more
