I know the area fairly well and parked at a nearby parking garage. Street parking is slim at best. Upon entering, I had to go through a metal detector and have my bag checked. I signed the clipboard and waited for my turn. The office has plenty of seats. When your name is called, you walk up to the window number they tell you and conduct your business. If it's something complex or takes more time to complete, they will usually tell you have a seat and wait for a person from one of the office to call you and take you there to conduct your business. I was in and out in about an hour, which I thought was good. The staff member that assisted me was pleasant and very helpful. All in all, a decent experience for me.

I'm not sure if they accept walk ins. They might but your wait will be long. Waited about 5-10 minutes before being called. I had to present my ID and marriage certificate. Lady processed it and informed me I'll receive my new documents in the mail within two weeks. Fast and easy process.

This place is safe secure with security guards onsite and cameras. I love the added self service food /snack area. This facility is definitely top tier. My only con is while the front staff can be very helpful they are not always up to date with all of the activities and or contact personnel. I wanted to book swimming classes for my younger daughter however, I felt the website to not be user friendly so when I approached the front desk after I explained to them that I was having some challenges with the website they sent me back to checking the website. Great place for the entire family. Will definitely return

Very clean in each space we entered ... bathrooms well stocked and cleaned ... lots of security everywhere who don't play ..... consistent cleaners seen throughout. Plentiful on parking as well.... This place has a lot going on but from what I've seen runs very smoothly.
