From start to finish, she cleaned my nails. Gave the best massage, she asked me questions on how I wanted my shape and if I like my color. She also did three coats. Oh my goodness they were so nice but the individual who did my pedicure cute my nails so weird. She took nail from the sides of my big toe on both sides. After the first cut I was startled at what she was doing. I didn't say anything at first because I was confused and then when she cut the other side I told her to not do that to my other toe. For a week now my nails have been hurting. Everything else was fine. Just beware if they cut your nails they might take more than you are used to. read more

I just had a baby and have limited time to get my nails done but found a window of opportunity last week - I had leftover dip on my nails from 3 wks ago and the technician used an acrylic nail to pop the rest of my dip powder off. You're supposed to use acetone - she took an extra layer of my thin nail off by ripping the polish off. Not even 3 days later, 3 of my nails have chipped already & I'm getting an ingrown nail from the way it was cut. read more

I was in the area on vacation so I came in. I will say I am particular about My nails and salons...this place looked clean from a distance. They were able to get me in right away. That was a bonus. Once I was seated to get my manicure the manicurist was in a race to see how quickly she could get done with me. There was zero relaxation. It was just a transaction to get me done so she could move on to the next. Her space was messy and needed a deep cleaning. She was putting my hands quickly in and out under the UV light and needed me to move faster as she would tap me to get going. Ha! She did an ok job on my nails. I was hoping for a massage but again that was a race. So much so that my middle two fingers didn't even get lotion. The good news is it didn't waste much of my Saturday. read more

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The girl that did my nails did not even bother buffing the bottom of my feet to took any dead skin off- barely filed them and I had to keep showing her where to cut my cuticles on my nails. She was rude and spoke under her breath in her language several times whenever I asked a question. She did not seem happy at all to be doing her job. The price was ridiculous for manicure and pedicure and not even close to worth it. The bottom of my feet feel and look the same way they did when I went in underneath. I could have done a better job at home. The owner does do really nice powder gel on nails and she is very professional and pleasant. As for her workers, not so much. I have been going to a place in Fayetteville for the past few years to have powder French tip done and I thought they were doing a great job...until I came here and had my nails done by Lily! My nails have never looked better! Beautiful job! Very gentle too! This place was busy but worth the wait! The owner was very kind and kept me up to date on my wait time. They have refreshments available while you wait. Everyone was very friendly and the salon was clean. The prices are fair priced for the exceptional job that they do. read more

I was given a really great Spa Pedicure from Tom. He took his time and was very gentle and thorough. He gave me too wonderful leg and feet messages and painted my nails just right. Great first time experience here today! I walked in (no appointment) and was greeted right away. I didn't have to wait at all, either which was nice. I did come in on a Wednesday though. The place it self is nice I even complimented the establishment for its decor and overall look. After that it was down hill. I'm told to go to the back and she starts evaluating my lashes. During this time she asked how much I paid at my other shop. I gave her an off the head answer really not understanding why it matters. At this point she basically tells me that her service would be to expensive and I should book my appointment with the original person (Due to my lash just having a baby I can't). She stated she couldn't fill them because of style. I asked would it be okay to just do a new set. She gave me a price and I agreed to pay. She then refused and continued to tell me that I could not afford it. Saying it's to expensive to just go back to your other place.. Never in life have I felt so degraded and profiled. Even after agreeing to pay her price with no hassle or issues. I swallowed my pride and agreed. If you feel I'm to poor then fine I'll gladly pay someone else to. read more

Today, I decided it was a good idea to pretty myself up for my 18th birthday (also today). I went to go get my hair cut at great clips, and they were great as always. I went next door to Baly Nails Spa to get my eyebrows done. I have been here before, but there was a strange feeling in my gut this time. When I walked in, there was a broken bottle of nail polish on the floor. The woman scrambles when I say I want my eyebrows done, and she offers to take me to the back. She was very flustered, and possibly new. Alright, fine. The first bit of the waxing is going smoothly, not too much pain. I hear a small "oops" from the lady, and I thought she had assumed she hurt me. When she gave me the mirror to check her job, I notice that a large portion of my eyebrow was missing, and half-penciled in with a color different than my hair. She asks if it is okay, and I say "what is this?" while pointing to my eyebrow. She immediately starts apologizing and crying and blubbering. At this point, I'm wiping the makeup off, furious. I had to calm myself down while this lady is asking if I want her to draw on my eyebrow. Keep in mind, today was my 18th birthday. I go out to talk to the manager (owner?) in the lobby while this woman is chasing me down trying to get me to not tell her. I understand making a mistake, and I would not have been so outraged if she would have just told me the moment it happened and offered a solution instead of trying to cover it up. The manager takes me back to another room where she has a woman try to fix it. They dyed my eyebrows a color 3 shades darker than my hair. The manager asks me if I want my nails done and I politely said no. The woman grabs a file and polish and does them anyways. 45 minutes later, they realize that the oil the woman used on my skin had soaked in and the dye wouldn't take. What do they do? They pencil in my eyebrows this ridiculous black color and make them extremely thick. They ask me to come back tomorrow and say they will dye my eyebrows again. I know it wasn't the managers fault, but I was not impressed with how the situation was handled whatsoever. I will not be going back there because I would like to have 2 full eyebrows. read more

I went for a mani/pedi. The guy doing my pedicure cut my toes uneven and did not remove any of the cuticles.. literally he did not touch the cuticle remover. The paint job was horrible. I was so mad that I canceled my mani and walked away. I've never been so upset. I will never go back even if it were free. read more

Me & Gal Pal went in there to get our Nails done. The receptionist was Nice. She helped me picked my Gel Nail Color & explained the difference. It's the 2 Ladies that did our nails that kind of rushed us. Mymy & that this one other Asian lady, the Filipino one. Mymy did my nails, the whole time she was talking in her language under her breath when I accidentally would move. As if she was angry & would say something to the other man who did nails too next to us. It made me nervous because I felt like she was being rude & was talking about me in her language. She also said something in her language when I said I wanted to add Diamonds on my nails. The tone of her voice seemed like she didn't want to add what I was asking for. Why work there if you hate your job? I wanted a relaxing day, but instead I felt uneasy. I don't think anyone should feel like that in a Nail salon. It should be fun. Giving it a 3 star to be fair to the Nice Receptionist & how clean the establishment is. read more
