Mail server changed numerous times without any notification causing problems receiving mail. Refused to fix problems, design was terrible and no documentation or contract ever provided. Very rude and never admits mistakes even though plenty was made by him. I am an IT professional and a member of the British Computer Society and do not recommend this company at all.. Stay clear at all costs! My wifes website was left with many errors and he refused to fix them even when offered money by Business in Focus group to the tune of over 1500. This was in addition to the 1500 he already got paid!!!!! Use at your own risk 2 different web designers have since looked at the website and said the code was so badly written and that it would be better for the whole site to be rewritten from scratch! So now we are left with a website which is not fully functioning and that nobody wants to fix as its such a mess and will cost a lot of money to rewrite!
