I'm so new to vaping that I'm not even green. I bought my first vaperesso and was having issues with it crackling and spitting. I found that it was way too hot for me to use comfortably. I brought it in to BAM! and not only did they clean it they also adjusted the wattage (something I could have done had I read the instructions). We lowered my nic level and low and behold! Magic! They were very helpful and understanding while working with this old lady and I really appreciate their kindness. I also like that they have a system where you can test the type/flavor of juice before you buy. Highly recommend this shop for your vaping needs. Thank you so much for your help and kindness! They gave me the wrong coils twice. After going back a third time they still charged me. Won't go back! Chris asked me to come back to make it right, and as promised he did. Great customer service. Will definitely go back. Thanks Chris! read more

The place is cool, I suppose. I don't like that the biggest size of house blend juice they carry is 30ml. Furthermore, their juice seemed to be really watery and it burned so damn quickly that two 30ml bottles only lasted me a day and a half, whereas a 30ml usually lasts me two to three days. read more

This is unlike most vape shops I have been to, in the best way! They are friendly, welcoming, and professional. I only needed one thing, but had several questions.
