some event manager named Luke in Nashville is trying to cover events with only one security officer…read morewhen the detail needs 4 officers to safely cover the public the event was held at a place called the City Winery and was managed by a guy named Luke that wanted to save his company money and he tried to have only one security officer to cover backstage door front of stage front doors wand and purse checks x300 secure a banquet hall with alcohol ariubd underage patrons. Luke gets the HIA award for dumbest event manager ever as he then tried to get a refund when he was the cause of the problem because he only planed to have 1 officer cover a huge even and that is not safe and secure fir the public. luke failed to take responsibility for his own poor planing and thought 1 officer was all that was needed. suggest to all security getting involved with Luke skywalker Harnen that you only contract with him if he says he will need 4 officers because that's what his events need for him not to be upset with his own poor planning. the show must go on but not without 4 officers anything else is just a fantasy !

A DJ that works under him, Kevin, was the DJ for that wedding and it was SO hype. Everyone danced the entire time. Due to my experience at my friend's wedding, I booked his company on super short notice for a party (I think like 3 weeks before lol) and Ryen was able to accommodate. I had a wide variety of music I wanted played at the event as my dad wanted country, I wanted rap, and my mom wanted 80s. Ryen was able to play a bunch of different music in a way that flowed and made sense. My guests all raved about the DJ. He mixes live and even went to the venue prior to the event to ensure the sound quality would be good. He offers SO many packages with lighting, fog machines, LED activities/decor, etc. I was super overwhelmed with planning the party and all the different options and he made it super simple for me. He even met with me several times. I was initially skeptical about adding lighting for my party, and thought it would be a waste of money, but it genuinely made a HUGE difference in setting the mood for the event. The pink lighting looked SO good. I got about 20 uplights. I also got foam lights and light up glasses, which guests loved!!! My only regret is I wish I would've gotten the LED facade. Ryen really goes above and beyond for his clients. He's been a DJ for hundreds of weddings and I asked him questions that had nothing to do with DJing to help me plan my party, and he basically helped me plan the decor, layout, floral, and itinerary for my party lol. He is SO helpful and so experienced. He's came off as extremely honest and not money hungry and will truly work with you for whatever you're looking for. He is also very handsome and will have a lot of guests talking about him at the party lol

He showed up on time (not super common in my event planning experience so I was soooo grateful) and got set up right away. He was flexible as our officiant came in later than expected the night before so we did a ten minute run through two hours before the wedding. I think I was most grateful to DJ Elements for doing such a good job of reading the crowd for music choices. While we have him some ideas of songs, he didn't make us micromanage anything.
