A lot of people ahead of me seemed to be arguing with the tellers at the window and the workers seemed very unhappy and sounded rude. I finally made it to the window and in English explained why I was there, to buy euros. The lady was so rude and yelled at me and said she only helps Italian speaking people and I should go to the train station if I can only speak English. This was an easy transaction that didn't require that much talking. Worst experience I've had in Italy or pretty much anywhere in the world for that matter.

We came several times to change dollars and always got the best price around 0.85€ p/dollar, while other places were charging 0.72€/dollar! It's insane how other places will take advantage over you, but at least here you'll lose a little less .

The area may look a bit shady but it's quiet and youre off to the side in an alcove so people cant see you sticking out as you get cash. It worked which is all i can say and now ive got whats needed for a cash heavy society
