That being said, any time we've gone to them looking for help it's like trying to move a mountain foot get anything done. I've had a credit card through them for 3 years, and never missed a payment yet they wouldn't increase the limit.. It was like pulling teeth to fine a vehicle they would approve to give us a loan on. Now I'm trying to refinance a truck I've had through them for 15 months and they're telling me that that's not long enough. It's over half paid off.. Once I pay them off I and my wife will know longer do business with them. It's truly a shame the way they have treated us. So take my warning, if your lower middle class that's going through rough times, they don't want you.

On July 2nd the amount was withdrawn from my transferring account. On the evening of July 2nd Vio sent an email notification of a failed transfer. I have called twice July 3rd and July 7th. The first time they said they had no record of the transfer. The second time I was told the bank was closing my account for "business reasons" and the funds should be transferred back to me by July 8. Vio Bank/Midfirst Bank is still holding these funds currently - this is theft. PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THEFT: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.
