Avoid at all costs. Waited 30 mins for the boat. It arrived 10 mins late and then we were very rudely told that they were not taking customers, despite the fact they had their board out advertising the time of the next sailing, some of the people with us even had timed tickets and were brusquely told to go away and get a refund. It was really disappointing for our 4 year old. They were incredibly rude and unapologetic and really ruined our day. read more
