The food is awesome !! The restaurant looks good has a good interior design it's a relaxing light inside . There are no windows inside what makes u think you're completely somewhere else . You can also sit outside if u want to . When u sit down u immediately get some tortilla chips with salsa . The service is excellent they're all really nice and ambitious ^^ The starters are pretty good and could fill you without eating the main dish . The main dish is bigger than you think but really good. The fajitas are delicious and have a lot of taste and u get enough tortillas ^^ When u get the churros u get 3 sticks they're coming with cinnamon ice cream with fruits and it's sooooo delicious :P I definitely recommend it when you're in dusseldorf and search for a Mexican restaurant ^^ read more

When in Germany, have Mexican food! This was a nice change of pace, and interesting to see how familiar dishes are interpreted in different places. Salsa and Guacamole were very good. The Salsa tasted like it was made with roasted tomatoes. My wife had Veal Tacos and was surprised by its presentation; baked with cheese melted to encase the meat within the taco shell (see picture). Taste was great, but she was disappointed in not getting what she's used to in the U.S. I liked that they had Veal as an option; not common in U.S. Mexican places. I had the Veal Enchiladas, which I loved! Staff was very nice and the place had a nice hacienda look and feel. Definitely recommended. read more

I was really excited to try a few different things by selecting a platter called 'Santa Rosa' which included a cheese Enchilada, a half burrito with vegetables, and corn on the cob. The food was quite disappointing. The black beans were cold, which seems weird but maybe that's normal. The vegetable burrito and enchilada tasted the same, just like cheese and no other spices really, same with the rice, very bland. Not very authentic Mexican food as far as this dish goes, but maybe I ordered the wrong thing. The fajitas at the next table looked and smelled delicious. read more

I came here twice - once on a Friday night, and then back again on Sunday afternoon because I couldn't stop getting the strawberry margaritas out of my head. The bartender during the peak hours (i.e. Friday night) makes a strawberry margarita that is hands down, almost the best I've ever had. I even went back on Sunday afternoon before I flew out of Düsseldorf to have it. To my dismay, that bartender from Friday night was not in, so the quality of the margarita was so so. The fajita is recommended and is a good size portion with a nice mix of rice, guacamole and tomatoes on the serving plate. It is served in a festive Mexican fajita basket - there are little touches in here to try and bring that extra "Mexican touch". The chilli con carne is so-so. Stick with what the waiter tells you, which is the fajita. The menu is cute, served in an old Western style newspaper format. The servers I had are kind and happy to be at this place! The restaurant management has such a good attitude on serving their customers: on Friday night I entered 1 hour before closing and they were more than happy to see us enter instead of groaning about us coming in. Finally good Mexican food in Germany! The menu is great and there are plenty of vegetarian choices too. They had a live mariachi band on Saturday night and the both indoor and outdoor seating. The salsa and chips were homemade and the salsa verde and mole were authentic. This is an anomaly for Germany in the great and attentive service. A must do for Duesseldorf!!! read more

We arrived late afternoon into Dusseldorf, checked into our hotel and then scanned Yelp for dinner choices. This restaurant was only a few hundred metres away and had scored okay and knowing vegos are always catered for at Mexican restaurants we were happy to try them out. We had Nachos to start, nice but a little too much cheese. Then we shared the vege enchiladas with mole and the vegetarian fajitas. Both were very tasty but portions were huge. We were spoilt with them also having English menus for us lacking even basic German language skills. Wines by the glass and a small beer selection all added to a good dinner choice. read more

I give Pssst Bandito 4 stars for Mexican in Germany, 2.5 stars for Mexican in general. Drinks: we ordered the classic margarita - lime, on the rocks, with salt. It came with 1-2 rocks (ice) and that basically ruined the margarita. One can not drink it warm! Not recommended. I assume their frozen ones are decent though, since everyone else in the restaurant had ordered them. I only do the frozen outside by a pool. But that's just me. As for the food, it was pretty good. I was disappointed in the "avocadomus" and wished for real guacamole but it was ... close. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and they were delicious. I'll definitely be going back for my mexican fix and will try some of the other dishes. Not very spicy but I requested some jalepenos on the side and that kicked it up a lot! read more

Really nice atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed and the service was friendly the whole evening. Unfortunately not really professional: we ordered some softdrinks to be brought before the wine but we received the wine first. We ordered 2 starters before the main course and we received the main courses before the starters. No apologise offered. The food was ok but not really tasteful. I do not know if we will come back again. We paid 125 EUR for two starters, 4 main courses, 4 soft drinks and 1 bottle of wine. Mexican food is hard to find in Dusseldorf (or even Europe), so this place is pretty good. Service is great and it has an authentic feel to the atmosphere and food. We had the chips & guacamole (the Paprika on everything is a German thing we aren't a huge fan of...tortilla's only need salt for us) which were tasty and then a fajita plate and mixed tacos. Both were very good. They have a nice outdoor patio seating area when it's warm enough. Overall probably the best Mexican food we have found so far here! read more
