I've called and e-mailed Pat and despite numerous promises and excuses I still have not yet received my inspection report. This is downright wrong and Pat and Sandy ought to be ashamed of themselves; they made no delay in depositing my check but here I am still waiting for my inspection report. Since I have yet to receive my inspection report after two full months (the inspection was performed in October) it looks like I will be taking Pat to small claims court.
