Its a shed on the property where people drop off things that are still usable to save them from being dumped in the landfill. You can find household goods that are still usable, but may be a little rough around the edges. You can find toasters, microwaves, patio furniture and more. The locals say the best time to go is after the May long weekend. All of the cabins have been cleaned out and the Calgarians have dropped off their unwanted stuff.

First time: My first time there wasn't all that bad, quite a large line, with only a couple people working, nobody seemed that friendly or welcoming at all, but it is a bottle depot so I really didn't care... Second time: I was the only person waiting in line for my bottles to be sorted, however all the "booths" or whatever you want to call them, were full. There was one empty counter and a employee walked up to it, without acknowledging me at all. At this exact moment a woman (of the same race as all the employees) walked in and walked right up to his counter and he started helping her. After waiting for another free both I finally walked up to a man who was free and dumped all my bottles on the counter. He didnt say hi, then walked away and started doing something else. I waited 10 minutes for someone else to finally come up to me and sort my bottles. As mine were being sorted a lady next to me was trying to complain (and I say trying to complain because noone that works there speaks english), saying that her bottle sorter man was counter TWO customers bottles at the same time. I then waited another 5 minutes for a cashier to cash in my money. Third time: I never made it into the bottle depot. First thing, online it says they are open until 7 pm. This is incorrect. I arrived there at 5:25, open sign on and doors still open. Walked up and grabbed a shopping cart from beside the entrance doors. At this moment a man was standing randomly in the door way just looking outside. I took my cart to my car and starting loading my bottles. Half way through loading I looked up and he was closing gates over the doors and had turned off the open sign. He didn't even tell me they were closing when he was standing right next to me. I HATE this place. I think they are racist and rip people off, and I wont be coming back.

It was placed with care in our driveway on a perfect location to open the large gate for easy loading. We filled that sucker right up! Made demo so easy. Binz hauled it away right when they said they would. (10 day rental is standard) It had rained and the driver took great care to empty the bin of water before he loaded it. He mentioned they drain it one more time before they weigh it. Our rental cost $503 and was completely worth every penny to get all that junk and drywall out of the house.

The bin opened up to facilitate loading and was in excellent working condition. On Monday, they removed my bin and billed me accordingly. We were very happy with this service and would recommend it to anyone. Then when I took them in - of course guess what happened. They told me I had one less than what I brought in. Hah! Unless I am retarded and I don't know how to count, but I've always been good at math and I even got an "A" in Calculus, which I took in high school. I know they were only "off by one" and why should I care it's only .10, but it is a matter of principle. The Bible says, "A false balance is an abomination to the LORD..."
