5 stars for Bang & Olufsen in Milan, Italy. Jasmine and Gianluca were absolutely amazing to work with. They were professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the products, and they made the whole experience feel high-end without being pushy. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers find the right setup and actually understand the quality behind Bang & Olufsen. The store itself has a beautiful luxury feel, and the service from Jasmine and Gianluca made it even better. 10 out of 10 experience, highly recommended. read more
