At least…read morethree times they have notified us about questionable transactions that turned out to be fraudulent! Even when we travel out of state we can rely on great service. We were 4 states away from home when Walmart. Com was hacked and someone bought a laptop with our gas money to get home! There was a Regions in town and in 2 hours they cancelled our card, recovered the money, issued a new card and sent us on our way! Their web app is just as good as the rest of their service with almost every service that's available at a branch.

Even though web site says will cash checks and money orders WITHOUT an account, teller said I had to have credit card to cash it. Talked to manager, Janet, and expressed concerns and she Said if I deposited the money order into my new account the funds WOULD BE AVAILABLE TODAY. I got an email saying funds would be held for 8 days. Called branch who wouldn't let me speak to the manager. She stated "the back office probably put a hold on it when they tried to run it", and said the manager couldn't /wouldn't do anything about it. I stated I had specifically told Janet I needed operating money and Janet assured me (she had the western union money order in her hand) the funds would be available today. This bank is NOT guaranteed by FDIC and I gave them a chance. The website states customers money is NOT safe due to this issue and I gave them a chance. This is how they repay me - BY HOLDING UP MY MONEY!?
