That part broke and started leaking. I got the valves shut off and then I was at a very big loss. I called around to a bunch of plumbers. Everyone gave me a quote, $200 to $300. David was the only one who just told me straight up, hey, this is pretty easy, you can probably do it yourself, let me show you how. He got on a video call with me, pointed me to the right spot, told me what the parts were actually called, and told me where to go get them. Super transparent about all of it. I went to Home Depot, got an $8 flexible hose, and it took about two minutes to install. Worked swimmingly. Everyone else gave me a quote. David gave me hope. He's who I'm calling when I have something that actually needs a plumber.
