I went here for a job interview and did not get the job. However, based on what I saw and the nice…read morestaff that I met, I can recommend this company. I have 10+ years experience in the Funeral Industry and I was very impressed with the overall business model of Baldwin Brothers. I can assure you that their prices are much lower than their competitors, yet the location where the Visitation and/or Funeral would happen is welcoming and soothing, organized and uplifting. I feel that grieving families would get personal service here at a low cost. I also met the pre-arrangement person who helps families to set up monthly payments so that everything is taken care of when that time comes (which truly helps their relatives to suffer less). I liked the man. Whether someone has passed or you want to plan ahead, Baldwin Brothers has everything you need.

You assume that funeral homes are there to help you in your time of need, and many do just that,…read more but NOT Baldwin Brothers. Trying to deal with the death of my mother is very hard, yet having to fight with a corporate funeral home to help with services paid for is nothing you and your family should have to go through. I'm not going to list all of the appalling incompetencies of lost critical data, apathetic attitudes, unwillingness to listen, and refusal to give information about management. It's a nightmare! What I will urge you to do is to avoid the added pain beyond the loss of losing a loved one by selecting a different funeral home than the Baldwin Brothers, impersonal, disrespectful, pius corporation.

At a time when our family needed comfort and professionalism, Anderson-Hence Funeral Home managed…read moreto make a difficult situation even worse. From the very beginning, there was a complete lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff. If you respect your loved one or yourself for the matter, I highly encourage you to find another establishment. Upon receiving the news of my father's sudden passing, I sought recommendations from local family members for a suitable funeral home. Upon arriving at Andersons Funeral, I was greeted by a run-down establishment, devoid of any staff during regular business hours. Contacting the office number displayed outside, I was directed to another location about a mile and a half away. Hoping for an upgrade, I arrived at a residential area in front of a pink house. Doubt crept in as I called the office again to confirm the address. To my surprise, I was informed that the address was indeed correct, and the residence belonged to the business owner. Stepping inside, it became clear that this woman, dressed casually in jeans and a t-shirt, intended for me to arrange my father's final rites at her dining room table. I was utterly shocked by the lack of compassion and professionalism displayed. If this establishment treated me with such disregard and informality, I shuddered to think about their treatment of my father's remains. I immediately insisted on arranging a viewing, only to be told by the owner, "I don't handle that part." Using her cell phone, she called another person on speakerphone (without informing her that she was on speaker in front of the family) and relayed our request to view my father's remains. The person on the other end expressed frustration and explained that we would have to wait as she was running errands, and we would need to be quick because she had more errands to attend to. In our time of mourning, what we sought was professionalism and understanding. Rather than redirecting myself and my family to her residence, the owner should have arranged a later meeting time at her establishment. This business urgently requires customer service and empathy training. While I acknowledge that the owner and her staff may become desensitized to death, most of us are not. My father was and will forever remain a significant pillar in my life, not merely a business transaction. Needless to say, I promptly arranged for my father's remains to be picked up by a more reputable and professional establishment on that same day. I wish I could declare that the nightmare ended with Anderson Funeral Home, but unfortunately, that was not the case. While the other funeral home handled the transfer of my father's remains, it became evident that Anderson's staff failed to gather essential information from the medical examiner or police at the scene. This resulted in weeks of delays in obtaining copies of my father's death certificates. Because of the incompetence of this establishment, I faced significant hindrances in effectively and promptly addressing my father's financial affairs. I will be bringing my concerns to the Florida Board of Funeral, Cemetery and Consumer Services.

It is unfortunate that there are only Five stars to give, because All Faiths is worthy of more…read more My mother became sick in July, and it was not long before I realized the end was closer than I wished. I travelled from New England to Florida to be with her. Although my mother had made her funeral arrangements years earlier, I still needed to piece the end together. Being out of state I had lots of questions, so I visited All Faiths and met Judy. The arrangements, having been made so long ago, were difficult to find. Judy was so patient with all my questions and was able to find all the information there was and explained everything to me. Her compassion and understanding helped me feel assured that my mother's final journey will be well cared for. Once mom passed, Judy called me and described what the next steps would be, and Don would be sending additional information and paperwork. Within 48 hours, Don had sent what I needed for my mother's arrangements. Everything from timelines to obtaining death certificates was outlined in detail. What few questions I had, Don and Judy were there to answer them immediately. This was an enormous weight lifted from me and provided needed comfort. During one of the most stressful times of my life, I feel blessed to have had their help and compassion. It is people like Judy and Don who rise above business to understand the human side of what we face side during our loved one's final days. We need more of in this world.

I called a few Cremation companies that the Leesburg Hospital had recommended and All Faiths CS were the only one that answered my call . The others had you leave a message and said someone would call back and no one did . Thank God for Don Knop and his receptionist Miss Judy ! They were so Patient and Compassionate and took care of everything including calming my nerves and walking me thru everything that needed to be done . ( Not to mention I live in CA and have a 3 hour time difference and was able to continue with arrangements for my dad after I left Florida and got back home ) it takes a very special person to do this job and I just can't say enough great things about Don and Miss Judy ! There is not Enough Review Options out there to say how grateful I am ! I will be contacting Leesburg Fla Hospital ICU to try and speak with a charge nurse there if not the nurse my dad had and ask them to refer families that go through what I have experienced and recommend All Faiths Cremation Society in Lady Lake . Don and Judy , you are a God Send for sure and what a true asset for this Company ! Thank you again !
