I used to live in Kokomo and have actually been in this florist many times. They are pretty much the only game in town for funeral flowers. Now that I live out of state I have to call to order arrangements. They have gone to premade planters and arrangements choices when you order. You cannot make changes. I expect more from a local florist. I was also disappointed in the person taking phone orders, they were not helpful at all. read more

I have ordered a double grave blanket for my parents at Christmas time from Banners for many years. They are simply gorgeous and the delivery it right to the gravesite on any day you choose. The blankets are very well made and sturdy and really hold up in the frigid winters. It is also a beautiful way to honor my wonderful parents! read more

i alway order from Banner when i need flowers delivered in that area. they are always very quick and have beautiful arrangements. might cost more than other places, but you get what you pay for. read more

VERY dissatisfied with a phone order from out of state for my sister in Kokomo. The flowers delivered, although fresh and pretty, were nothing near the photos online at a comparable price. I did phone back and was offered new flowers or a 20% refund -- whoop-t-do! My sister is leaving for a long term trip tomorrow so new flowers don't work. I'll take my 20% refund, leave my review and shake the dust off my feet. Will never purchase from here again. read more

I got married on Saturday and Michelle outdid herself. I gave her a few pictures for reference and she absolutely crushed it. I also wanted to include a few deceased family members and she came up with an idea of putting a little tiny frames with their faces on it. Those frames were tied in the bouquet and were absolutely breathtaking. The flowers arrived at the right time and they all looked so beautiful!! read more

Don't order online! They called me after I placed the order and paid in full with my credit card wanting me to pay an extra amount for shipping. The lady that called said that I paid for a delivery fee. But the receipt clearly states "shipping priority mail" Stop cheating your customers or just close. read more

I ordered flowers from banner when my grandmother passed and when my aunt passed away. both times the floral arrangement sent were FAR superior than any other arrangements at the funeral home. As a business owner myself I appreciate good quality work and I feel they offer it :) additionally I think purchasing directly through the business and not through a secondary supplier will get a better quality service/product as the business owner doesn't lose any commission in the transaction thanks banner florists for offering me patience kindness and understanding as well as the expected best floral arrangement and delivery I wish I had pictures of the past arrangements but as my grandpa just passed away and I ordered a large arrangement for tomorrow from Banner I will add the photo to this review for others to see. I called from out of state this morning to request a rushed delivery to my daughter for her birthday today. The staff at Banner Flower House was very friendly and assured me that they could make that happen - delivering one of their pre made arrangements. My daughter received the flowers within a few hours. I am so grateful for the exceptional customer focus of this florist. One of the very best I have ever used. read more

They couldn't manage to get an arrangement sent for a funeral the next day. It was ordered early in the afternoon the day before, we mentioned that it needed to be sent ASAP, everything was okay, but the next day Banner called to say "Oops - too late" for an 11 a.m. funeral. So disappointed and the response from Banner was not overly apologetic or contrite. As we have used this place for years, we are quite surprised and disappointed in this shoddy treatment. If you have other options, consider using them before Banner. I called from out-of-state with a specific request for a bouquet of sunflowers and Gerber daisies for my brother in the hospital. When I saw the photo of what was sent, my heart sank - twigs, berries, a couple roses and one lonely sunflower. I called to complain so they took away the first "arrangement" (and said their design instructions were "fall mix with Gerber daisies" - huh?? - and I never uttered the words "fall" or "arrangement") and brought a second one - still had the twigs, etc, a few more daisies and now had carnations! Very disappointing. They seem to just do what they want to do, regardless of what you order. It was not worth $72, I can say with certainty. If they cannot get "sunflower bouquet" right it's hard to have faith in them. read more

I have occasion to order flowers every two to three weeks and Banner's produces beautiful arrangements that represent our business well. Ordering online is easy, but if you need to speak with a representative for advice or regarding a special need, someone is always available to assist you. Prices are very reasonable and they have a lovely gift shop, too. read more

My mother passed away last year. The flowers that came from Banners were really old and sad looking. Those from the other florist in the area were fresh and nice. I had used them in the past but had heard people say they didnt like them. I now know why. Never again. read more
