When I finally got my chance to use the ATM, I couldn't, because their ATM's do not have the "Visa" logo and only accept debit cards from their own bank. I was surprised that this would be the case in such a large bank. Out of curiosity, I checked the other ATMs and none of them had the Visa logo. Thanks for wasting my time Santander!

This particular branch was right across the street from my hotel, so I used almost every day I was here. Their ATM machines can display in Spanish or English and their fees are low. You can withdraw funds from your US bank with no problems. The ATM area is air conditioned too, so that's nice. It's also very safe here too.
