First review, ah... I don't think Europeans use yelp! This Corsican café is in a very cute square in Bastia with other cafes, homeopath office, tobacco shop/bodega-type places. I went there early on a June morning and there were locals sitting outside chatting and having coffee. The server was very pleasant and made it a great experience. He knew I was trying to speak French and was patient, helpful, and pleasant. I asked for a café au lait, they did not have any lait d'avoine (oat milk). Coming from the US, I was taken aback by the little shot of espresso I got, lol (lattes in London are somewhat similar in size to the US - can get a 12 oz latte there). It would be a nice place for a cozy outdoor coffee with friends. read more
