Here they also serve the very good and typical 'caffè con Moretta'. The Moretta is an anice and rum based liquor (invented in Fano) which is heated with sugar and a slice of lemon peel... Once heated, it is poured in a little glass and then the coffee is added. The Café is also a great stop after a long light out. Open all day and almost all night long, from 4 am onwards they have a vast selection of sweet and savoury pastries and sandwiches. The long opening hours are also due to the fact that since many years this has been the meeting point of the fishermen, who need to gather energy before a long day at sea.
