2006 übernahm Irma die "Bar Del Corso" in Aschaffenburg. Geboren wurde sie in Sperlongo, das liegt in einem wunderschönen Ort, zwischen Rom und Neapel. Schon aus Familientradition, transferierte Irma Ihren Traum aus Italien, in Ihre Bar (liebevoll Schmuckstück genannt). Gekocht wird streng wie bei Mamma, selbstverständlich im italienisch-bürgerlichen Stil mit Herz & Seele! Salate, Antipasti, verschiedene Nudelsorten, Kuchen und Gebäck. Ab 2010 stimmte Irma, zusammen mit Ihrem Ehemann Gennaro den Service und das Ambiente geschmackvoll ab. Seitdem kümmert sich Gennaro, ständig um Produktverbesserungen (Espresso, Kaffee & Weine), nette Annehmlichkeiten sowie hier und da kleine Veränderungen zum Wohle ihrer Gäste. Er freut sich über jede Inspiration. Sie fühlen sich charmant betreut. Samstags hilft Pasquale, ein Freund der Familie, auch bekannt als hauseigener Tenor & Akquisiteur, den Gast professionell zu umschwärmen. Die Bar kann auch in den Abendstunden für verschiedene Anlässe inkl. Service & Küche gemietet werden.

Really great upscale craft brew pub in the heart of the city. Extremely friendly and helpful staff…read more(most speak English) along with a nice food menu. They have a proper tap wall that is extremely hard to find in Germany. Outdoor tables and the front opens completely for nice weather. When you just have to have a Stone Ripper or BrewDog Punk IPA (both are on tap) this is your go to spot.

El Cortijo is one of the best places to go for Cocktails in Aschaffenburg. The have a happy hour…read morefrom 6-8pm and a party hour from 10-11 pm. On happy hour you pay 3.5oEUR for every cocktail and also meals are cheaper. Qualitiy of the drinks and meals is fairly okay, but you surely should reserve seats, cuz they are realy limited. One thing i really disliked there was the bartender and the waiter. Both are kinda arrogant and unfriendly. Seemed like they really dislike their jobs.
