Indeed I'd say they are with flavors like none other in their grilled octopus and even in their filet mignon. The food presentations and service are impeccable and lucky for we Americans, they have a lot of English speaking, as well as rather fun loving, staff. The interior décor is update fashionable exuding a certain luxury but retaining an easy going relaxing atmosphere. It also has a very nice outdoor overlooking a garden patio. But beware of it if the mosquitos are out. You may have cone to eat but you will be the one being eaten.

However, service and food are really great, and remind me that a good traditional restaurant is all about kindness of waiters/chef and taste of food. They have a great souffle menu with interesting options there. I had the traditional shrimp souffle (4.5 stars) and it was delicious. The souffle was perfectly creamy, with a nice cheese crust and abundant on shrimp. My only critic is that it was a little bit salty (if you don't like salty, I would recommend not ordering), but I like salty food in general. I would be willing to come back and try other dishes!
