We were a party of 6 and they took us upstairs through what felt like a maze of tables and parties enjoying wine and tapas. I already had fallen in love with the ambiance that felt cozy and intimate. We were seated and proceeded to order a ton of starters. One of the highlights were the oytsers which were dressed with shrimp, the pan con tomate, the burrata salad and the cochinillo main. Wow. That pork was divine, and we all agreed it was the star of the night. Our friendly server also recommended two different wines - a white from the area and a red. Both were great and perfect pairings with our meal. We ended with dessert which was torrejas and a homemade strawberry ice cream. I loved them both. Would definitely put this spot on your list when in Palma. It's in the walkable area of town so pop in and explore before and after.

This is what we ordered: Toast Mallorca - There was sobrassada, cheese & tomato jam au gratin on top. You've never had toast like this before! The jam added so much flavor to the toast. The trio was a perfect combination of smokiness and sweetness. Iberian ham "Bellota" - Probably the best cut of ham we had in all of Mallorca! It was the tenderest piece of ham we've had. You could taste the quality of the meat. Roll & Roll - these were vegetarian rolls filled with Mediterranean goodness; I'm not a vegetarian but these rolls were very good! The sauce added so much flavor to the rolls. Eggplant carpaccio - if you must order one dish and one dish only, this is it! Nowhere in Mallorca will you find eggplant carpaccio. It was absolutely delicious! The eggplant was covered with truffle oil, almonds, and parmesan cheese and was full of flavor with every bite. Octopus, 13% style - The Octopus was seasoned with spicy paprika on top of a bed of mashed potatoes. The octopus was good, but did not compare to the other tapas we loved. This place is an absolute must try while in Mallorca!

The Gambas al Ajillo (small shrimp) were made with a generous dose of olive oil and garlic and their bread, has an hearty chew to soak up that extra garlic+ saffron mix.
