The ambiance matches the rest of the hotel in a shabby rendition of China town. The sauce is the best I've ever had, with a powerful flavor which goes perfectly with the beef, red cabbage & potato dumplings. Each part of the dish is served separately, which is a nice touch. Service is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is quiet. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the excellent food. This place seems to be frequented by locals, or at least other Germans. We seemed to be the only obvious tourists there.
