#63-2016: Whilst I…read morewrite this review (@2AM) I am still half way (OK 3/4) drunk from drinking some 5 different beers.... If you were to ask me the names I'd be going "ehrm.... hhhhhummmm... eeeehh..." But, FEAR you not!!! For, the moment you step into this non descriptive beer temple... you will find a truly amazing knowledgeable (and refreshingly fluent in English) staff that will guide you through the 20-something pages of beers they have in Stock. .. Some are Draft, some bottled but you got a craving, they got the beer for ya... We started off with a light fruity beer for me and a off-guinness path for Alex... then I asked to spice things up (8.5% and slightly too bitter for my taste) and Alex to slow things down... then we met half way... Then we grabbed a bottled light (corona styled beer) with a cat on the bottle brand... Then we went to an ice cream parlor but felt we should get one more beer... and once more the staff was giving us a special.... I can't stress enough how chatty, down-to-earth, knowledgeable and affable the staff is... not to mention some of the all-men dream team was pretty darn hot (just a hint for the single ladies out there). Though you may just come away with a beer bottle to sip on your merry way... I suggest you make the effort to off the beaten path and on to this beer heaven. ... But... BEWARE... parties bigger than 13 will have to be split up. .. so... keep it under the limit and HAVE SOME AWESOME FUN!!! Peace out... that's all FOLKS

I like Belgian beer and that's it. My fav is Kasteel, hard to find & expensive. I'll order it…read moreonline once every blue moon and drink it as if it were Crystal champagne. But I am happy to make exceptions to have a pleasant eve out with friends. What I don't like is this ugly, dirty place. I especially don't like to be scorned or looked down by the trashy people who manage this rundown place. Get a shower and learn some good manners, fellas! I'm not a stuck up bit&c, I just hate to eat or drink in crappy places where everything is sticky dirty. It was much better when it was a rum bar. Stay away.
