I know, I know - only four stars forms the star Michelin restaurant? Yes, only three. The decor is…read moresumptuous, and every part of the meal is choreographed, and the dinner is an experience to remember. The menu changes with the season, and the wine list is HUGE! We asked for guidance from the sommelier, but it was very disappointing to not have a curated wine menu for the full dining experience. Wine is an essential part of dine dining, and the restaurant misses the mark by not filling the good. We had the best oyster of our lives, and one of the amuse bouche dishes was repeated (I was not sad about this). Bread is offered liberally -- take it! That will be the most filling part of your meal. Note the frequent refills of water at $11/bottle. All of the dishes were sensational and complex, and if you are a seeker of Michelin star restaurants, then this is a do not miss based on many factors, including the hotel being a place where Napoleon visited. Just know that you will not be gorging yourself on this meal.
