I also tried the ginger juice. The ginger juice was very strong almost like pepper. I also tried the fried plantains, they were fried to perfection with a nice sweet taste. Then I tried the cod and egg plant accras. They were fried to perfection as well. I also had the beef pastel and the fish pastel. When I first saw them they reminded me of mini empanadas, they were very flavorful. I dipped the pastels in a sauce made with tomatoes and onions which added extra flavor. Everything I tried was very flavorful and well prepared. If you are ever in Lyon France and have a taste for West Africa food or fresh juice check this place out you will not be disappointed!
