My wife and I are locals and Rosinas is simply the best Italian restaurant in Westchester and Fairfield county. I always order the chicken scarp, with it's crisp skin, tender chicken inside, sausage, potato and a light sauce that's to die for. I also had their new homemade cavatelli dish last night (sweet fenel sausage, broccolini, bianco sardo, and chilis) that made my taste buds dance. Coby always welcomes you with a smile and treats us like family. Drew and the wait staff were absolutely fantastic and where else does the chef and owner (Jared) take time out of the kitchen to check in and ask how your experience is and talk about how and where his fresh ingredients are sources. Not sure yet. The ambiance was great. Attentive staff. Def fun. But the menu was limited and overpriced. The Burrata was just weird. Barely any burrata. It was covered in nuts and way too sweet. Had another cheese on top of the burrata but all masked the fresh burrata cheese. Really can't call it that. The chicken scarpiello lol was just ok. Lacked spice. The pizza was very good and if we go back we will stick with that. $17 for a salad. Most appetizers were $19 and up. But the real expense is in the drinks. A glass of wine was $15-17 for bottles that only retail for $25. Not sure we can afford to go back. Lots of other wonderful Italian restaurants in the area. Hope the add to the menu some more reasonable appetizers and wines. read more

The food is so flavorful! You can just order appetizers and be totally content. The eggplant roll stink is a must and they have such an array of beverage options. I wish service was a bit more paced out when it came to getting food to the table. Amazing food but horrible service/ manager !!! My mom and I have been here a few times and went again for my birthday. They sat us in a corner booth in the main dining area. At first there was no one in the restaurant because we went at an off time but eventually a large birthday party came in with 3 young children. Out of the whole entire restaurant, the waitstaff sat the party directly next to us. It was extremely uncomfortable at how close we were sitting next to them and both my mom and I and the mother of the children were uncomfortable. They immediately began ordering so it was hard to say anything at first. When the manager came out my mom went up to speak to him about the situation saying how it was ridiculous how we were smushed in the corner next to a large birthday party. The manager (Coby) was extremely arrogant and dismissive of my mom. The only thing he suggested was that we can move seats but by that point we had already finished our food. After that neither our waiter or the manager came out of the kitchen and the busser got us our bill/ to go containers. Sadly won't be returning! read more

I just ordered from this establishment and I am very disappointed in the taste and quantity that the food comes in when you order it online. The picture below is the portion you get for ordering a Pappardelle for $35. The taste is fine but not the greatest I've eaten but beyond all the portion is unbelievable. This doesn't even fill the container to full and doesn't even fulfill you when you finish it. The other pasta portions were the same when we ordered it. I wouldn't recommend going here if you're hungry and don't want to get ripped off for their price to portion. Meh. To be fair I'm picky about Italian food, but this was a highly disappointing and expensive meal. Out with a girlfriend, we chose 4 different appetizers - the raviolo, focaccia, burrata and the arancini. The edges of the single signature raviolo were hard and undercooked, and the promised truffle topping was barely there - if at all - buried under a mountain of parm. The focaccia was fluffy and tasty, but pre-Covid this would have come gratis with the meal instead carrying a $12 price tag. The burrata tasted slightly sour which is the opposite of its usual creamy, lush texture. The worst of the bunch was the arancini - 4 flavorless rice balls of gnuja atop an unrecognizable thick white cream sauce. I never write reviews, let alone bad reviews, but this spot needs to step up their Wed game. Granted I didn't try the pizza or pasta but not sure it's worth the effort or the funds to return. read more

People will tell you the restaurant scene in westchester / Greenwich is great. But that's only true if you've never lived in the city. Moving from the city back to the suburbs can be a culinary shock. But Rosina's will impress even the most jaded city transplant. Rosina's is not just great for this area..it's great by any measure. This is the most amazing Italian restaurant on the east coast. No one can compare their handmade pastas. So many people are are raised on boxed pasta. But once you have handmade you can never look back. Only a true Italian and I mean from the other side will understand. So happy to have stumbled upon Rosina's! My husband and I loved everything we ordered. The beat salad was delicious, the chicken cutlet was pounded perfectly thin and seasoned great. The meatballs were fantastic and the pasta was perfect. Keep in mind that the chicken and the meatballs were both appetizers and totally enough for one person to eat as meal. I can't name a dish that I've had here that I don't love-the pizza is beyond pizza, fresh and cooked to perfection, not burned but charred. Love the burrata and the new focaccia with two spreads (chipotle honey butter and a ricotta/buffalo milk spread) was gone in a second, we fought over the last piece. Waitstaff is attentive but not overbearing and the ambience is cozy and special. A real treat and looking forward to my next visit already. read more

Not only was the food absolutely incredible, but the service was attentive, and accommodating. When they happened to run out of a specialty pasta, the owner brought us a sample of a new similar pasta dish they'd be adding as a seasonal option - it was incredible! He also took the time to speak with us about the history of the place, and their commitment to the authenticity of their menu and offerings. While we sat inside during our visit which was lovely, there is also an outdoor interior garden seating area that's a great option for future visits. We will definitely be back! We ordered the meat & cheese, the focaccia, crispy potatoes for appetizers, and octopus & potatoes, as well as, several pastas and the branzino entree. All delicious!! read more

Been to Rosinas a couple times and every dish we have had has been incredible. Highlights are rigatoni, arancini balls, chicken cutlet and more. Cocktails are great as well. I went to Rosina's for the first time last night and was very impressed. The ambience and atmosphere is really cool. And the food was delicious, so were the cocktails. I didn't find the wine to be over priced like previous reviews mention. Some food highlights: the rigatoni pasta dish was amazing, and I absolutely loved the caprese salad which comes with squash. The table next to us was so excited when our food came out they asked us what we ordered, and said how good everything looked. It's definitely worth trying Rosina's and I am sure once you go you'll be back again! I live in Westchester, and my parents live in Boston so we often meet in Greenwich. But I will certainly be back with my friends from Westchester, it's so close. read more

Rosina's is absolutely phenomenal and the most exciting addition to the Greenwich restaurant scene in a long time! The vibe of this place is great... super cool atmosphere and always busy. The food is simply A+++. It's rare that you can pick literally any item on a menu and you know it will be delicious, but Rosina's is exactly that. If you do want the highlights... all the salads are fantastic, the octopus and the brussel sprouts are great apps, the chicken cutlet is outrageously good as well. The mushroom truffle pizza is off the charts, and while all the pastas are made in house and delicious I would have to go with the bucatini cacio e pepe and the pappardelle bolognese. You really don't need to read any further... Rosina's is a must try and in my opinion will become a staple in Greenwich for many years to come. read more

Rosina's has brought a refreshing atmosphere to the heart of Byram. The bartenders bring great energy and serve beautiful cocktails. The food is excellent, all the fresh handmade pastas are fantastic, the Pizza's are perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and I personally love the Brussel Sprouts. I've been coming here regularly since they opened and they have been consistent with with every detail.
