Terrible service - took them 4 hrs to complete a full car service and wof in spite of booking an…read moreappointment !! Will never go back. And they also charge a ridiculous amount for this terrible service. I called and booked an appointment the day before to get a full service and wof done for 9 am. Arrived at the center and asked them how long it would take and the guy said a little more than an hour. After waiting for nearly 1 and half hrs, I went back to check what was wrong and they said they were waiting for some parts and it would take another half hr ... so I kept waiting .. and to cut a long story short .. it took them more than 4 hrs to complete the work and didn't even apologize. The receptionist had the nerve to say I should have booked in advance! ! Having said that the person who did do the wof was extremely efficient .. but unfortunately the front of house staff were not!

Took my car here tentatively, having had issues with previous WOF inspectors, and wow, Highbrook…read morewas great! Good price ($150 for basic Service & WOF) and great attention to detail. I asked for them to look at the fan belt when I booked in. I had to wait 2 weeks cause they were busy, but when I took it in, they remembered. It didn't need replacing, but they gave me prices for a new fan belt for when it did so I knew what Expense I'd have to make later down the track. Really impressed! Also very friendly and efficient service. Only thing I'd say is I'd like them to call before any extra expenses were made on my car - they were minor (only an extra $50), but would've been great so I wasn't stressing about it during the day.
