ordered and paid invoice on 06.11. According to their website, my order was supposed to be shipped free, and in 24 hours after receiving payment. But no, they sent me an invoice for an additional 16€ shipping and handling fee. Zero transparency! Since then, I have not received a single email about my order. I have called, only to be hung up on after 1 hour in their "phone waiting line". I have written, only to be ignored. This Dr Carola Schmid makes her living stealing money from innocent patients, so she does not belong in the Apotheke business. she belongs in jail!
