Do not go here! I brought a brand new never been started $4000 pressure washer over to get some cleats welded to the skid. I dropped it off Monday morning and Mike said he'd have it done by noon that day. I waited till 2pm and called him. He told me he would have it done that afternoon. I let it go till about 2pm the next day and called and was told by Mike he would have it that Tuesday afternoon. Waited no call so this morning/ Wednesday I showed up at his shop and this idiot had my unit turned over on it's side leaking all the pressure pump oil out of the unit. He got irritated at me telling me "I thought you told me there was no oil in the unit!" I told him that I did not think the unit should be laying on its side and that was pump oil. Apparently this idiot knows nothing about engines. He started moving steel plates around his yard acting like he was working ignoring me so I stood around until came up and told me it would be a couple hours till he could get to it. I told him I needed my unit back, I have jobs this weekend and next week. He says "that's not my problem!" I told him I'd pay for the work he had into it but load the unit back on the trailer. He got irate and told me $50! I went back to the unit and he had it laying on its side and he bent up the battery box and scratched up the unit. I mentioned the battery box and he started cursing and saying that was just plastic and ordered me out of his shop. I told him I'd pay him $40 since he leaked $10 of oil out the unit and he called his worker to bring my unit back into the shop like he was going to hold it ransom. I paid him the $10, he told me the whole job was going to be $100. All he did was grind the paint off one side and cut 4 - 3" brackets and drill some holes. He loaded the equipment back onto my trailer arguing that the way I asked him to place it was not the same. It was and I told him I had a picture. This idiot got inches from my face demanding to see the picture and he was looking into my phone while I was looking for the picture. He saw an old picture and started shouting things in a rage! He acted like he wanted to fight me. I remained calm, I had a firearm on me and licensed to carry so the last thing I wanted was to get into a scuffle with him so I let him show his &ss and I left. I think he does not know how to weld aluminum and that was the delay. I went to Cool Flow Industries and John welded the parts on the skid while I waited. Great guy, good service and knows about engines. In retrospect, I'm glad Mike did not weld the cleats, he would not have sandblasted the parts and clean them before welding them.
