The space looks very clean, elegant, and well designed, which immediately gives the place a premium feel. One detail I really appreciated was that they washed my hair both before and after the haircut. The extra level of care made the whole experience fell much more complete and professional. The barber, Hayk, paid attention to the details and made sure everything looked sharp before I left the chair. The customer service was excellent. So while this is user error I do think that the company should be made aware that they have some pretty outdated photos on their Google reviews confusing their clientele.
