I decided on TMHC because of its great reviews. First, let me state that I speak/understand almost zero Spanish. Didn't matter. The ladies here spoke/understood English well enough to have a wonderfully enjoyable conversation. Back in the States it usually takes about 8-10 minutes for a haircut. At TMHC, Sandra spent about 30. I had never experienced such attention to detail. And, it's at the same price one pays at the chain haircut establishments back home. Now that I'm stateside, my family and friends are all asking where I received such a terrific haircut/style. Originally, I was suspicious of all of the 5-Star reviews for TMHC. After going to a couple shops that SAID they opened at 10am, and nobody showed by 10:15am, and I needed to check out of our rented apartment by 11am, I came upon this shop. Miguel (or could've been Mikel) warmly greeted me, and had me in his chair in no time. I believe I was his first customer of the day. He gave me an AMAZING fade, so quickly and efficiently.. Very nice and friendly, and so amazing with his cutting/styling ability. Watching him precisely move his scissors around, swinging on a finger, was actually a great show! He sold me some great product, a styling clay, very reasonably priced, I might add. I walked out feeling like a million bucks! And made it back to our apartment so we could all check out on time..
