She cancelled 4 times and finally the last time said she would give me a refund. As life with a newborn kept me busy, it slipped by mind to check til 2 weeks ago. I attempted to contact via Facebook, email, and by phone. She ignored me and blocked me on social media.

She gave me way more images than I paid for, captured beautiful pictures, and allowed me to bring my parents and MIL into our family pics as well. I was so impressed. I have used her again this fall, had another great experience. I told two of my friends about her, both loved their pics. A friend of theirs used her and loved her too. I hope she continues to get business from happy customers referring her, since it looks like she's been destroyed online. From my time with her she doesn't deserve it at all! I know she had a family emergency this fall and I wonder if that impacted her business. Best of luck to her and I hope to use her again!
