Hi, not only has she done my brows but I just wanted to clarify as I was in the office and rejected…read moremost of Jenny's appointments as I assist in making appointments and cleanup from time to time. Jenny made several appointment inquiries on multiple platforms around 3am. Most of which were not coherent sentences. When my boss was able to speak with her, she let her know that the type of appointments she was trying to book did not in fact go together that the add-ons she was trying to get were for different types of appointments. Instead of listening and allowing my boss time to quote her a proper appointment she booked online what she wanted my boss immediately cancelled the appointment, initiated a refund through square, and informed her she would not be able to preform the appointment. Jenny then proceeded to immediately dispute the square the charge which made it to where the refund was then rejected and paused. She would've had her money immediately had she allowed us to follow process. After she was informed that we would not be booking her appointment she then proceeded to message on several different platforms attempting to rebook saying she didn't not want her refund. Which was now in a claims dispute. She then proceeded show up to the office unannounced demanding an appointment when my boss wasn't in office. I stayed in the office and didn't unlock the door and called my boss she proceeded to add Jenny to the call and ask her why she had showed up unannounced aggressively? Jenny was yelling at her and my boss told her she would not tolerate the behavior and to take it up with the cops and her lawyer as the behavior was unacceptable. This woman did get her money back and while she may not have liked how things went, she should at least be honest about the experience as it was traumatic to hear someone screaming and banging around our quiet peaceful building.

Tamre truly goes above and beyond for her students, she stayed late to accommodate Leah and my schedules and was involved but not overbearing so Leah could perfect her new skill. It took a bit longer than going to the salon but my brows are perfect!

I paid 8500 basically for a self…read moretaught class and only got 190 hours in one year due to her losing her studio and moving it to her house which I am pretty sure is not even approved to do tattoo there. she was very inconsistent, often push down my time to come in or tell me just to do online at home. I looked up my own YouTube videos and paying full tuition didn't even come with a book. I had to basically bug her to get me one, and I think she only gave me a tattoo pin out of guilt. if anyone decides to train with Courtney, I would recommend not paying in full. She would be more intent if she's getting money from you. I will be taking a loss and her contract says no refunds and the hours are not transferable. be aware, she has a tendency not to follow thoroug. plus I only saw her so brows and eyeliner, don't get to see any lip tattoos. she has more eye lash clients than tattoo clients. as a one on one teaching this was not a good experience over all!
