Bare Necessities organic veg appeared on the shelves only recently and have impressed me with the quality of all their stuff. I tried the carrots which were labelled Organic but which is what I go for .. even better, they claim that the veg is completely free of pesticides or any residues which means no nasty chemicals. The farms are in the Highlands of Scotland so presumably that's how they manage to avoid any pollution etc. Anyway, the carrots were crunchy and tasted fresher or more "carrotty" than the usual ones. I made juice with them and its great too - nice and sweet. I know this is a bit of a rave review, but as Bare Necessities carrots were only a little more expensive its deffo worth getting them. read more
