Or if your size is available, the shoes are miraculously too small for you? That is so frustrating. You (in nearly all cases) will not experience this type of frustration at this outlet. The staff quickly punched in the request to her computer while then answering someone else's question and then threw an answer back to me "We can get 'em here by Wednesday". Great! I haven't gotten the shoes back yet so can't testify to the quality of the repairs but they were way more expensive then Rekaris.
