I have been regularly attending classes at Barefoot Yoga Loft since April 2014. I could not be happier with my choice. I had never been to a yoga class before then so i was a little nervous initially. But after I started i quickly realized there was no need to be nervous. All of the classes accommodate everyone from a beginner to the most experienced yoga person. Teachers do a great job giving effective alternatives to some of the more difficult poses. The variety of classes is also very nice. Whether i am in the mood for a calming Flow and Nidra, or a Vinyasa Flow, or a intense cardio Yoga Body Bootcamp; all enjoyable in their own special way. And finally the best part, the people. The teachers are all very knowledgable really seem to enjoy sharing their knowledge to everyone that walks in the door. They are also all just really good, nice friendly people. Which rubs off on all the nice people that attend classes, everyone is always smiling and having a good time, even when they know they will have some sore muscles the next day. I do not have enough good things to say about this place and highly recommend it to anyone interested in yoga.
