Very rude staff; arrived late, then tried to dominate the situation at the pick-up site. They were unwilling to hear our concerns that some of the boxes we had packed were heavy while other boxes were marked "Fragile" and had breakable items packed in them. All the staff wanted to do was "play Tetra" with our boxes. We are worried that the way boxes were stacked were irregardless what was in them, and that heavy boxes will crush those marked "Fragile." We'll see how much is brokedn when we'll arrive. The "logistics" office makes no sense. They have a "three-hour minimum" service policy for Moncton, even when a job is taking far less time. Oh, and when you are located outside of Moncton, they will increase the number of hours to 4 hours, even though the work takes 2 hours and 32 minutes including travel. I would never hire them again. Moncton, NB business, not Toronto. this was the worst move of my life and I've moved quite a few times. These movers were an hour late, outside of the truck, and inside of the truck was filthy. I didn't know just how dirty the inside was until I saw all this brownish reddish dirt all over my furniture. All my furniture and boxes were dirty and all had to be wiped down, I had to scrub the dirt off of my beds and sofa. They scratched my dining room table and chairs in several places, brand new set. In addition, they scratch the walls in the Home I moved into. I told the office of my experience and all they were interested in was a critique on the movers and which one was worse. They didn't offer me any kind of discount. This is a terrible company and anybody I know who is considering them I will warn them big time. This was the Moncton, NB business, not Toronto. read more

Reposting my review from google, people need to be warned about these crooks since they're clearly paying for positive reviews on google or having friends/family or bots write fake reviews for them. I looked at some of the reviews and figured that these guys are fairly reputable so I decided to call to get their rates and possibly make an appointment. The dude I spoke with (don't remember his name now) was very insistent, argumentative and felt like he was just looking for a reason to get into a verbal sparring match, not sure if you missed your coffee that morning but have some freaking manners if you're in customer service would ya! If I treated my customers like this guy did I wouldn't be employed in my field for long. Beyond that he quoted me $110 per hour which I thought was reasonable and I was more than willing to play ball at that rate but then he sprung it on me that there was a 3 hour minimum, considering I have maybe enough stuff to take an hour MAX this is ridiculous. I told him that it was a 3 bedroom home to which he said "if you think you're going to move a 3 bedroom in under 3 hours you're dreaming" considering my wife and I don't have kids and one of the rooms is completely unoccupied and devoid of any objects I can assure you I'm not dreaming. The best part however is that when I moved last year I hired geldarts, I had the amount of belongings that I do now AND they moved us with a 3 MAN TEAM in 45 minutes! so  Geldarts can do a supposed 3+ hour job in 45 minutes where it would take "Bargain" 3 or more hours?! if that's "really" the case then maybe your guys should actually consider working harder, Geldarts is making you look bad. To top all of this off he demanded a cell phone number, I'm one of the few I suppose that still refuses to get a cell phone, it's just an extra bill to me and I'm more than happy with my lan line but according to this guy you'd think this was some great atrocity. He wanted to know how to get a hold of me the morning of the move if I did not have a cell phone, pretty damn simple actually, SHOW UP and I'll be there genius! That sounds a lot like an ISS-UE not an ISS-ME there bud, if you're turning away potential business because the person does not have a cell phone then you may want to reconsider your business model or make sure your head is screwed on properly. Located in Moncton, not sure why showing Toronto....Last night BM had 2 of their young males at the apartment I live in. They were parked diagonally across all 3 parking spots - one is mine - Trucks are to park in FRONT OF building...not take up peoples parking spots - Needless to say when the 2 young fellas came down - I asked them 'nicely' Hey...do you mind.... move the truck / you know park in the spot where your' supposed to...The two kids started swearing at me - telling me "you can f'ing wait 5 mins, called me a bitch, among other names/language and to settle down and they'd be out when they were done...almost backed the truck into the back of my car....I'm sure it was out of spite!!!! I was waiting!!! The language coming out of their mouth was unfit for anyone just disgusting - NO ONE Should have to endure the emotional abuse these 2 idiots were dishing out to me...Seriously calling me the worst names possible...I got out of my car and at this point TOLD THEM to move...again... with the swearing (bitch, f u, swearing in French) they were KIDS ... 27 maybe...I am over 50 and have a son 27 and if he talked that way, he would be slapped. I know for a fact my boy does not nor would he ever speak to anyone, let alone someone over 50 and a woman like this!!! I told these two boys that I was calling their boss and they said 'f off, whatever bitch' - laughing!!!! Upon calling the 'boss' I asked him what his name was and he said it was irrelevant & why was I calling...at this point I was 'angry and crying'...I explained the whole story to this guy who again has yet to tell me if he truly is the owner...he said he could hear the frustration in my voice, and what would I like him to do about it!!! SERIOUSLY....that's how you handle your business....you LET YOUR EMPLOYEES TALK like that!!!! I said you need to teach them manners first of all, if it was me I would have fired anyone speaking to someone in that manner. Right on the Spot!!! I've been in customer service for over 25 yrs an let me tell you ....no one gets away with this in the industry...So needless to say I told 'said owner' that I was going to call him back today to see if he did anything about it and he said ' you do that...and HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I booked a move with this company and paid $50.00 deposit as requested. 8 days before the move I called them to postpone the move date because the apartment would not be ready in time as it is new construction. The guy on the phone said to call him when I knew for sure when I could move. He said I would lose my deposit and I said I wasn't cancelling just rescheduling. He said "that's not my problem and make sure you know the right date next time". He also said when I call to book again, it will be another $50.00 deposit. I consider this to be a very poor business practice and I certainly have no intention of using that company again. I consider myself lucky to have not had further dealings as it could have been a much bigger ripoff. Good riddance. Think twice before booking these guys. read more

This company was a nightmare to work with, I'd give them one star but they did move the items so they get 2/5. Long story short, the person in the office coordinating the appointment was unprofessional, disorganized, deceptive, and rude. I booked them for an easy move within Sackville (a small town that you could walk across in 15 minutes) for the minimum 4 hours they requested. The furniture to be moved was literally going a few doors down the street and my housemates and I knew it would take less than 2 hours but we bit the bullet and paid for the full time. During our conversation, I was told the appointment start time was going to be 9 am, and we would be billed from the time the truck left Moncton to drive to Sackville (about 35 mins) and then back. This was fine with us because it'd still be within the 4 hours they'd set aside. The evening before the appointment, I asked if the movers could pick up items from a location in Moncton BEFORE they drove all the way to Sackville as someone else wanted to join in using their services and splitting the bill. I was informed by the office that apparently the truck was already in Sackville so it wouldn't be possible. This was different from what had been told to me before but I just went along with it to not cause any sort of conflict. The morning of the move, the guys driving the truck called and informed me that they had driven from the office in MONCTON at 8:30 am. So essentially, the person in the office lied to us about the truck's location for reasons I still don't understand. I asked him about what his employee said over the phone and he became very condescending saying that the night before the appointment was too late for me to have been making changes, which frankly is a policy that he seems to have made up on the spot as this was never mentioned in the weeks before the appointment. This made no sense either way, since his employee indicated that the truck start location seemed to change from Sackville to Moncton after I'd already requested that items be picked up in Moncton. Throughout our conversations, the energy I got from this person was very disrespectful, as if he was doing his job as some sort of kindness to us, not as if we were paying customers. He ended up saying that in addition to the 4 hour minimum booking time (which would have easily covered moving the items in Moncton if he'd been organized), he could send the truck to pick the stuff in Moncton up for an extra $250 with a new quote "as a favor" to us. This was a ridiculous request, so we cut our losses and paid them the amount for 4 hours after they did about 90 minutes of actual moving. I've worked in customer service and I know it's not easy. However the treatment that this company shows to its customers is unacceptable. I don't normally even write reviews but I've never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism so I'm sharing to warn anyone who might look into booking these movers. They'll do the bare minimum and move your stuff, but prepare yourself to deal with disrespect and an entitled attitude if you have any questions. They will not tolerate any requests for changes to the moving plan from you but will change things and lie by omission behind your back and then be evasive if you call them out for it. read more
