Unimpressed. Probably don't do business here. The only easy thing about using this vendor was their website. Booked 50 chairs & 8 tables a month in advance via their website. Selected a delivery time of 11am. Signed the contract. Paid the invoice in full the date I booked. I get an email the day before the event confirming the event and the contract of a delivery time of 11am. Well, day of...11am comes and goes. I call multiples times, no answer. It's 12pm at this point. I send my husband down to their physical location and the woman in charge of contracts was just rolling in the door. She tried to gaslight my husband and say it's my fault that I didn't specify a time (i did - it was literally on the contract!) and then she says "well our computer just puts a time on there." Sooo...which excuse is it? The delivery FINALLY gets there 2 hours late and their tables are in horrendous condition. Snagging and ripping my tablecloths. Splintering off into peoples hands. And then of courses they decided to come an hour and a half EARLY to pick up the rentals. All around, just avoid. It caused me so much unnecessary stress on my wedding day. I hate to say this, but I'll never use them again for these reasons: 1. Tables arrived later than scheduled. 2. I had to duct tape one tabletop to prevent ruining another vendor's stretchy tablecloth. It still snagged it. The tabletop should have been junked. 3. They didn't bring enough cocktail weight poles for the 12 tables rented. 4. The six white stretchy tablecloths were "different shades of gray from laundry bleed." We received a refund since we had to rent from another vendor. 5. The cocktail tables were supposed to be picked up on Friday, May 16, since we have another luncheon on Monday, May 19. THEY ARE STILL HERE! Nobody is answering the phone or emails, and their hours of operation are M-F, 8 am to 4 pm. They made an extra trip here for the missing pole, and I went there to return the miscolored tablecloths. Overall, it was not a good experience. Had scheduled several days in advanced a delivery for a baby shower on the weekend. They charged me in full and never showed up for delivery on Friday ruining the party. Didn't even call or text about trouble or cancelation. I'd advise going to any other party rental company. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered tables and chairs for my wedding, had to go to the store to confirm our order the day before my wedding because their phone was busy for 3 days (we walked in and it was off the hook). They told us they FORGOT ABOUT OUR ORDER. This is the day before my wedding too!! It also seemed they forgot a few peoples orders, as we weren't the only ones there with the same issue. Not only were we forgotten, they also said they didn't have enough chairs, so we were stranded without our tables and chairs the afternoon before our event. Unprofessional. They also are no longer at that location, it's an automotive place now. **its been a month and we still are trying to get the deposit refunded, like they said they would. read more

Bargain Party used to be so much more, and I'm a little sad about that, but they have made the most of their new spot. It's definitely smaller and not a whole lot of options in their small showroom any longer, but a cute set up nonetheless. We were greeted when we walked in, but the woman behind the counter stayed where she was, and would shout up answers to our questions. She did get up one time to open the door more (it was a windy day), but instead of staying out from behind the counter with us, she went back. However, I will say that she knew all the answers to our questions without having to consult anything. For tablecloths, they only seem to have access to 90" for most of the colored cloths, and then only the black or white comes in 120" also. She also made it sound like she only had a few of each of them. Prices seemed standard. ($8 per 90" round, or long; $13 for 120"). This place may work out well for smaller events but not for larger. read more

0 stars. Horrible. My daughters wedding was almost ruined by them. Luckily we were able to get the chairs and tables from someone else the day before the wedding. They forgot our order and when we went down there a day before the wedding because we hadn't heard from them, they said they didn't have enough chairs and tables. No communication whatsoever they even took my $300 deposit and I had to put in a claim at my bank to get my deposit back because apparently they're not at that site anymore and nobody can get a hold of them?? read more

I have used this business twice and been satisfied. Unfortunately, I went in and had a disappointing experience. First there were two women behind the counter. One was CROCHETING and the other just chatting. There was another customer and neither bothered to help us. The tablecloth selection was scanty. I asked for the color I used in March and was told it might be out for laundry???? No one checked or tried to assist me or the other customer. We were completely on our own. Terrible customer service. I went to another party supply business and had a dedicated person to assist with my $2000 order. I hope management reads this. Hopefully I use this company again so I can give more stars. This year was my first using Bargain Party for an annual event and I plan in renting from them again next year. I was really satisfied with their policies and customer service. Prices are competitive. I also appreciated their convenient central location. Two of the tablecloths were left behind when they picked up the items after the event. It took me at least a week to track them down and then drop them back off at Bargain Party and they didn't harass me at all - I did make sure to stay in communication with them as to status, anyway, really appreciated that! read more

Craig who runs the warehouse has been amazing over the years, he is extremely friendly, professional and efficient and any staff that I have communicated with at the front desk have always been friendly, professional and accommodating. The WORST customer service ever!!!!! Do not rent with this company! We rented tables, chairs, & linens from them for a big party we were having and they were suppose to drop everything off to us in the afternoon and they didn't show up until 7pm with not even contacting us or telling us anything! We tried calling the number on the website at 3pm and we also tried Facebook and Instagram and any info we could find! But they didn't answer and didn't call back or anything no contact what so ever and when they finally showed up they had a young child about 7 years old with them running around and the guys that delivered were rude and didn't care that they had showed up so late or didn't contact us or try to get ahold of us! We were scrambling to try and find a new place because we thought they just weren't going to bring it! Then when they were unloading our order they didn't even have what we ordered and they also didn't even seem to know exactly what we ordered, we had to tell them! So awful! I've been in there twice. Both times the lady was completely NON-helpful. I asked for suggestions on decorating the tent I'm renting. She had no idea and was going to leave it at that. Luckily there was another employee standing nearby who took over and had some suggestions for me. Your website states that if we need help with party planning your employees can do that. This lady... Not so much... Ultimately I'm renting from here because the price is right and despite the poor service from one person, I'm happy with my choices and the price. read more

I went in last minute to get dishes for my rehearsal dinner and they did not have enough of the plates I originally wanted so I decided to go with a different set. Upon pickup, the same lady called me and said that they had enough of the original dishes that I wanted to get which was awesome! We went to have these people do invitations for our wedding. We dealt with Kelli Jean Tigh. She said she would call us back in 3-4 weeks. 6 weeks passed and my wife called her and she rudely said, "I told you I would call back when I was ready" and hung up quickly. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK! Then we had plans to have the table settings with them. We made reservations about 4-5 months before our wedding. 1 week before the wedding we called around to check on all our vendors. GUESS WHAT,,, They lost our reservations and had no clue about it!! HORRIBLE AND RUDE service when we followed up. Like it was our fault!! I have never left a bad review on here but Kelli certainly failed. I want to make sure nobody else has to deal with what we did with this place!!! read more

Worst customer service ever. My sister called on Monday (8 days ago) and talked to someone about rentals that we need. She was told they will call back Tuesday. Tuesday at 3:02 pm we arrived at the business, which was closed. Website said close at 4 (found out on phone recording close at 3). Wednesday I went back about 1:20 pm. As I pulled into a stall I noticed a female that appeared to be leaving the business. Come to find out (from the warehouse worker) the female was the one employee for inside and she just left to run an errand. Common scene tells me that if you see a customer you at least make contact with them. I left a list of items that I wanted to rent along with my name and phone number. It's been over a week that my sister originally had contact and 5 business days since I've had left my information. Neither one of us has received a phone call. Needless to say we found our rentals at another company. So disappointed after dealing with Bargain on prior occasions. Never again tho. read more

So my wife decided she would like to throw a birthday party for our son. We have our own tables and chairs but decided to rent a couple fold ups so that they would all look the same, about a dozen or so. We had my father pick them up and when he came back home, we noticed that a few of the chairs were very dirty and some were even covered in what appeared to be wine. Overall the chairs looked in very poor condition. Although functional, aesthetically they were absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the party was THAT morning and we had no choice but to clean them as best as we could and use them. Yes, they were one dollar per chair to rent but had we known, we might have spent a little extra on the much nicer wooden chairs. This is not where the review ends however, because when we I dropped off the chairs the next day, I mentioned their condition and our dissatisfaction and, although I insisted that I did not want a refund but just wanted to inform them about our concerns with their lackluster "product" - The very nice lady at the front counter asked if she can show the picture to her manager, and then asked me to email them the photos. A few minutes later she returned and gave me a full refund for our rental, apologized, and thanked me for informing her. As I was driving away I watched ,who I am assuming was the manager, march over to the storage area looking to 'have a word' with some of the employees. These are my last thoughts: quality of product = poor (isolated incident specific to only the folding chairs), but customer service saved them in the end. Thanks guys, we will be back. read more

Just got off the phone with them. I'm fairly young and have no idea what I'm doing but Justin was very helpful even though he'd mentioned that he was new. He was confident and the questions he didn't know, he found out in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable and I should be renting with them today.
