After examining the wings not only were they completely ruined, but they were not at all what the description stated on the web site. I called and emailed the representative I had been dealing with the same day the wings arrived and was told I could return the wings for a new pair, but at a much higher price and that I would have to pay an additional $35 to insure the wings arrived in time. After adding up the cost I would have been spending $152.00 for a pair of wings that were originally suppose to cost me $45 plus shipping. I decided that $152.00 was unreasonable and I asked for a refund. I was told, that I would be refunded the original amount, plus the return shipping cost. I waited 2 weeks and never received a refund. I called and emailed the representative again, and this time was informed that I would not be getting a refund. I asked to speak with a manager, who told me "Ms. Alexander was following our Store Policies when telling you that we can't give you a refund for the items you ordered. In other side the person to whom you get in contact to when you received the item in damaged conditions is no longer with us and give you a wrong information...Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience but we can't give you a refund under these circumstances." This came from the customer service manager. This was a terrible shopping experience. If you do business with these people, you're taking your chances.

She went above and beyond to assist me with my exchange. The store itself was clean. I came not too long after they'd opened so it wasn't busy or anything. Which was perfect because I was on a schedule. This location is located in The Palms at Town & Country plaza which has a lot of eateries and other store location. Overall it was a good experience and if I am ever in the area, I'd certainly come back again.

I keep a start for this store, as most of their cute clothes are for 0-5t. My daughter, being on the 98th percentile for height and weight uses 5-6t so rarely fits in the nice stuff. My only wish is that they would expand their creations and make larger sizes of the same styles, specially things like bathing suits and dresses. The person attending the store was very nice, and help when needed. There was also a TV in the back, which comes in handy for when kids are being rowdy. I think adding maybe a Lego table vs a TV would be even better! Kids can be stimulated while parents shop. There also wasn't many options for shoes, I would love to see more shoes to choose from in sizes 11/12. Today I purchased a few item, will continue to come, hopefully for even better deals and cute clothes for taller toddlers.
