The location, inside this grotto in the town of Polignano, overlooks the Adriatic Sea. The menu, is prix fixe and you can choose among a few. Wine can be by the bottle or paired (we chose by the bottle). Children are only admitted until the 6 pm dinner (children menu $100). Reservations (on their website) are a must. If you go to Puglia, it is really worth to have this experience.
